AMF Panels

We are also specialized in manufacturing AMF panels which are used widely in foundries, apartments, textiles and other varied industries. Our panel comes with various functions and timers which help in the efficient running of the AMF panels. It also consists of the metering facilities for monitoring of the frequency/current/voltage. We can also customize it according to the client specifications and details. We offer automatic mains failure panels or automatic AMF panels, that are installed for automatic changeover from mains to stand-by generator at the time of power failure. DG synchronising relays are used to sense the voltage, frequency and phase angle of both the DG and give output command for breaker close when both the DG and give output command for breaker close when both the DGs are synchronised. In automatic synchronising it also gives command for increasing/decreasing voltage and frequency. In synchronising panels the other important product, which is used necessarily, is load balance relay. The load balance relay is used to ensure that both DGs share equal load. Teknika has good experience in manufacturing these relays and reputed organisation/institutions have used these relays.

ACCEPTANCE TESTS

DK Electrcials has the following standard Acceptance tests as part of their Draw out type Main Change Over Panel Testing,

  • A general visual check shall be earned out. This shall cover measurement of overall dimension, location, number and type of devices, location and connection of terminals etc.
  • Manual and electrical operation of Circuit Breakers / Relays shall be che cked under the worst conditions of auxiliary supply voltage.
  • Dry insulation test with power frequency voltage shall be conducted for the main and auxiliary circuits.
  • Insulation resistance of the main and auxiliary circuits shall be checked before and after power frequency voltage withstand test.
  • Operation check shall be carried out for every control function /interlocks as per the schematic diagrams by manually simulating fault conditions and operation of control switches/relays etc.
  • For equipment bought from other sub-suppliers, certified test reports of tests carried out at the manufacturers works shall be submitted. Normally all routine tests as specified in the relevant standards shall be conducted by the sub-supplier at his works.
  • Interchange ability of similar modules shall be checked on a random basis this maybe done on one module of each size.

DG-Grid Synchronizing- AMF Panels

(Power Control Center (PCC) Panels

We are engaged in manufacturing of power control centers from the best raw materials.We meet the requirements of International Standards along with compliance to local standards and regulations.

The complete structure shall be rigid, self supporting & free from twists and bends. The panels will be totally dust and vermin proof. They will have fixed or draw out type executions as many be desired.

Finish The entire panel will undergo pretreatment covering decreasing, water rinsing & de-rusting/ phosphating. It will be synthetic enamel painted or powder coated as per requirements.

Bus Bars & Internal Wiring Uniform cross section copper Bus Bars (current density 1.39 amps/sq mm.) supported by SMC /DMC bases will be employed through out the length of the panel. Internal wiring be carried out with 11000/650 volt grade PVC insulated stranded conductor wire. All joints will be solidly crimped using copper thimbles Earthing Bus Bars will be running all along the board.

Switch Gears/ Components Along with the formal offer, the GA drawing and the bill of material will be submitted specifying the makes & capacities of all the material to be used in the panel.
